This piece holds the Voooo god of death, who is kown as Baron Samedi.  When used in conjunction with this piece, he is not causing death to life, but he will cause death to those things about your life that you do not like.  You can tell the Baron anything that you don't like about your life and he will take it away, replacing it with something that you both find more favorable.
