This piece holds the spirit of a protection banshee.  It’s like a regular screaming banshee, except it screams in a frequency that will keep even the vilest of metaphysical predators away.  Its scream is ultrasonic, so you won’t hear ad will not allow evil beings within 50 yards of you.
