The Agency’s Secret.
Stolen from a black-site lab, this piece let the wearer hear encrypted radio signals in their mind. A whistleblower exposed a global conspiracy. The voices can come on or be quiet when you want them to.  This also will allow you to understand radio signals, emergency broadcasts that the public can’t know and etc. I believe these are sterling but I could be wrong. You may wear or carry them.
