This wooden ring is called the Voodoo Eye of Fate.  It has been spell cast by a Voodoo Doctor and it allows you to use its magic to be able to see into the future and view your fate.  If you don't like what you see, the magic in this piece will also allow you to change, erase, or add up to 10 things about your fate.  These will be called "occurrences."
